Shipping Policy
Processing
Typically 1–3 business days after payment confirms on-chain, but timing varies. Orders are fulfilled fresh to order, so if an item is between restocks or demand is high, processing can take longer. If anything will be delayed we reach out directly — and in-stock orders usually go out faster.
US Domestic
Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks from order date, depending on stock availability and current order volume. Tracking provided on all orders.
International
Estimated 2–3 weeks, dependent on stock, destination country, and customs. Some countries clear quickly, others can take longer. We restock continuously but cannot guarantee international delivery times.
Packaging
Plain unmarked exterior. Neutral return address. Vials individually wrapped inside. Declared as laboratory reagents.
Shipping costs
US domestic: $8–15 flat rate. Canada/UK: $25–35. Europe: $35–55. Australia/NZ: $40–60. Asia: $30–50. Exact cost calculated at checkout based on order weight.
Damaged on arrival
Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will reship the affected items at no cost.
Lost packages
Reshipped after 14 business days domestic / 30 business days international from confirmed ship date.
Customs seizure
We are not liable for packages seized by customs. International customers assume this risk. We cannot mark packages as gifts or misrepresent contents. Contact us if this happens — we will work with you.
All sales final
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. The only exception is products that arrive visibly damaged — see above.
